Bryan is a progressive web based solutions leader with extensive strategic and tactical experience. He has been providing professional website and design solutions for over a decade.  He possesses the innate ability to drive creative solutions and optimize business processes & performance by leveraging the power of technology. He is currently responsible for overseeing all aspects of Buddy Designs operations.
He has nine years of professional corporate experience with The Hartford insurance company where he has lead, managed and designed many enterprise website and graphic design solutions. He has held various positions there as a Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, Consultant and currently acts as a Senior Consultant.
Justin has been described as an optimistic idea person, an analyst and problem-solver with a proven ability to positively impact business results. His strengths lie in his winning spirit and his refreshing ability to establish and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with clients. He is currently responsible for managing all aspects of the customer experience with Buddy Designs.
He has over ten years of professional experience, playing key roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. His broad range of experience includes: strategic planning; marketing; business operations; sales; and customer service. A strong advocate for local education, he holds a B.S. in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT and recently has obtained both a Masters in Science in Management as well as an M.B.A. degree from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT.

Buddy Designs LLC opened its e-doors with a lens tightly focused on providing custom website solutions to individuals, groups and corporations. They're a virtual firm, located on  the web at www.buddydesigns.com with legal incorporation in Connecticut. They pride themselves on Integrity, Creativity and Innovation.
January 2009 - Buddy Designs released its new and exciting e-image campaign which applied focus on electronic appearance and what it communicates to consumers. This campaign enabled them to penetrate vertical markets and provide complete electronic and design solutions to their clients, building on their core focus of website solutions. They branded and re-designed their own e-image as part of this campaign.
