Justin Egan - Relationship Manger
Justin has been described as an optimistic idea person, an analyst and problem-solver with a proven ability to positively impact business results. His strengths lie in his winning spirit and his refreshing ability to establish and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with  clients. He is currently responsible for managing all aspects of the customer experience with website design company Buddy Designs.
Justin has over ten years of professional experience, playing key roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. His broad range of experience includes: strategic planning; marketing; business operations; sales; and customer service. A strong advocate for local education, he holds a B.S. in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT and recently has obtained both a Masters in Science in Management as well as an M.B.A. degree from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. In his spare time, Justin enjoys traveling to different parts of the country and overseas. He loves to learn about the cultures and customs of others. His adaptability has allowed him to learn the Italian language which he uses among friends, family and in his travels abroad. Bryan is a highly skilled web based solutions specialist with over a decade of experience. He’s a talented, analytically minded, website layout artist who possesses the innate  ability to drive creative solutions and optimize business processes & performance by leveraging the power of technology. He was instrumental in establishing the company’s spirit and currently oversees all aspects of Design and Development with website design company Buddy Designs.
He has over ten years of corporate experience with The Hartford Financial Services Company where he has developed and designed many enterprise graphic and website design solutions. He has held various positions as an Analyst, Developer, Consultant, IT Project Manager and currently acts as a Senior Consultant.
In his spare time, he enjoys staying physically active, cultivating his spirituality and spending time with family and friends. Other hobbies include house & yard projects, golf, softball, ultimate frisbee, snow boarding, composing music. go back top
